Refund policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials, and they must be in an unused condition, as they were when shipped. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.

To initiate a return, send an email to Support@ballz4change.com with a photo of the used golf balls you wish to return. We will assess their condition and determine if they qualify for a return. We won't accept items returned without first requesting a return and providing a photo of the golf balls.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect it and notify us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the problem and make things right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also don't accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us. Buymyballz.com reserves the right to assess a restocking charge on all closeout items and items listed with an * (asterisk), i.e. items not normally stocked.

We can't accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To expedite the exchange process, return the original item and place a separate order for the desired new item once the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As with other returns, the item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We'll notify you after receiving and inspecting your return to inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding shipping charges. Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take some time to process and post the refund. If over 15 business days have passed since your return's approval, please contact us at Support@ballz4change.com.

Return Shipping

Please contact Buy My Ballz via email if you need to return an item. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend insuring the item when shipping, as all items returned must be in an unused condition from when you received them.
